Reading are close to completing the signing of Hull City midfielder Stephen Quinn.

Hull have released a host of their first team players following relegation to the Championship but they are intent on keeping hold of Quinn and have offered him a new contract.

However, it remains unclear as to whether Quinn wants to remain at the KC Stadium and now according to reports from the Hull Daily Mail, the Republic of Ireland international could be set for an exit from Hull.

Reading are the club interested in Quinn and the Royals are said to be close to completing the signing of the winger.
