Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone has shrugged off missing England selection.
The former Tottenham ace insists any Three Lions chance will be a bonus this season.
He told the Hull Daily Mail: "It's going to be very difficult breaking into that but I'm hopeful by the end of the season I'll hopefully be able to squeeze my way back into the squad in some capacity.
"First and foremost the aim is to keep us in the Premier League. We have had a start where we are well on course to do that.
"England would be an added bonus but I know that central midfield is probably the strongest part of the squad and I am under no illusions it is going to be difficult. That would be an added bonus to us staying in the Premier League."
