Hull City are upping their bid for Sheffield United defender Harry Maguire.
The Express & Star says the Tigers are understood to be ready to offer £1.5m up front plus £500,000 in various add-ons for the defender.
City are now prepared to pay what amounts to an extra £500,000 for Maguire, after previously indicating they were willing to splash out around £1.5m.
