Hull City are chasing Chelsea fullback Ryan Bertrand.

Radio Humberside says Hull are keen on Bertrand, who spent part of last season on-loan with Aston Villa.

Bertrand, 24, is set for talks with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho this summer as he aims to make 2014-15 his breakthrough season.

Whether that means he is forced to move away from Stamford Bridge remains to be seen but a reported interest from City would be a sizeable show of ambition.
