Hull join Arsenal, Spurs in race for Cork City defender Brian Lenihan

Hull City are eyeing Cork City defender Brian Lenihan.

Cork, whose graduates include David Meyler, Shane Long and Damien Delaney, are prepared for a bidding war over Lenihan, says the Hull Daily Mail.

Arsenal, Celtic, Tottenham, Aston Villa, Leeds United, Bournemouth and Huddersfield Town are all reported to have had the player watched recently.

The youngster is currently employed as a right back but can also play in central midfield and has been capped at U-21 level by the Republic of Ireland.
