Steven Mouyokolo has completed his move to Hull City from Boulogne. The Tigers initially agreed a deal with the French club back in January but allowed Mouyokolo to stay in Ligue 2 for the second half of the season.
"Hull City stayed in the top division and that is a brilliant thing," the 22 year old Frenchman told Hull's official website.
"It has always been my dream to play in England. I've been playing football since I was 10 and during that time England has always had the best league in the world and everyone wants to play there.
"I have worked and worked and worked, but is till didn't think the chance would come so quickly.
"This is a dream come true and now I have the opportunity that a lot of players in France want.
"I can't wait for the season to start now. I can tell this club is like a family where everybody works for each other. I like that mentality."
