Hull City have gone upped their bid for Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore.
The Mirror says Livermore is joining Hull permanently from Tottenham in a club record £8million deal.
The midfielder enjoyed a successful loan at the KC last season, but Hull had to up their offer for the England international amid competition from the likes of Crystal Palace.
