Tomas Rincon is ready to leave Hamburg.
The Venezuala winger comes off contract at HSV in June.
Hull City, Stoke City, Sunderland and Fulham are all being linked with Rincon, who has told Hamburg that he is ready to leave unless they increase their contract offer.
