Hull City defender Paul McShane is out for six months with an ankle injury.
McShane will be sidelined for six months with ankle ligament damage.
McShane suffered the injury during Tuesday night's 1-0 loss to Southampton and scans have since revealed he will miss the remainder of City's Premier League season.
