Young Boys defender Kamil Zayatte is delighted with his move to Hull City.
Zayatte said: "Originally I was going to go to Everton but the two clubs could not agree on a transfer fee. The coach of Everton recommended I go to Newcastle but there again the manager or the chairman didn't really get it on.
"Then I signed for Hull and I don't regret it. Until the summer I had not heard of them but it was a brilliant decision.
"My dream is becoming reality now."
The club are keen to keep him beyond the initial loan agreement and a deal has already been put in place.
"There has been a deal agreed and hopefully he will be with us for many more months after January," said Tigers boss Phil Brown.
