Hull City defender Wayne Brown has joined League One leaders Leicester on loan for the remainder of the season with a view to a permanent deal.
Brown, 31, had been speaking to Charlton earlier in the month but talks stalled.
Brown has struggled for opportunities at Hull this season, making just two first-team appearances, and had a loan spell at Preston before Christmas.
His departure follows that of another star of last year's promotion campaign, Dean Windass, who recently joined League One Oldham on loan.
