Hull City defender Alex Bruce is delighted with his current form.
The son of Tigers boss Steve Bruce, Alex has been outstanding in the past week against Manchester United and Fulham.
"From a personal point of view it couldn't have gone any better," Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail.
"I hope I've won the supporters over because they've been very good to me.
"I know it's sometimes easy to say 'The manager's son, what the hell is he doing there?' because I'd probably say the same.
"It's up to me to try and prove what I'm worth and hopefully I'm doing that now.
"There's always room for improvement but you've got to have confidence in your ability. I always knew I could do, it but it's about getting your opportunity and taking it."
