Hull City have released three of their young players after their Premier League reserves campaign came to an end this week.
Goalkeeper Tom Woodhead, full-back Joe Lamplough and centre-half Matt Plummer, who have now been released.
Tigers coach Trevor Morgan said: "I thanked them for everything they have done and I hope they can make a living from being a professional footballer.
"As for the others, it's up to them to step up, otherwise at the end of next season they will find themselves in the same position.
"The future is up to them. We try and give players opportunities and they have to take it."
