Hull crock Snodgrass accepts his season over

Hull City midfielder Robert Snodgrass fears he won't play again this season.

Snodgrass joined Hull from Norwich for £7m in the summer but suffered a dislocated kneecap against QPR on the opening day.

The 27-year-old admits he is unlikely to feature again in this campaign.

The Scotland international said: "The diagnosis has been that's this season gone. If play any part, it will be a bonus.

"It's been quite tough, especially with it being in the first game of the season.

"Football injuries happen to everybody, it's part and parcel of the game.

"But the timing of it is quite sickening. I've got to get my head around it."
