Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady says he's learned to embrace English football culture.
Hull's Egyptian star moved to Britain with Sunderland in 2010 but was put off by the foreign language, bad weather and strange food.
He told The Sun: “When I first came to England it was very difficult – the weather, the language, the food, everything.
“Now everything is easier. You are used to the weather – I played in Sunderland which I think is the coldest place in England!
“It's OK for me now, I have adapted to English life very quickly which is something I really like.
“I love fish and chips. I don't like heavy stuff but I like fish and chips often, especially at home. I like Indian food as well which here in England is very good.
“When I first came I didn't eat this at all but now it's nice and I feel like it has helped me adapt to English life."
