Hull City boss Steve Bruce is believed to be showing considerable interest in Celtic star Gary Hooper.
The prolific 25-year old striker, who has previously been courted by Liverpool, Norwich City and Southampton, is again a target for a Premier League club with the newly-promoted Tigers keen on bringing him to the KC Stadium according to SunSport.
Norwich are still interested and could return with a bit in excess of £7million but the report suggests that Hull believe they can nab the former Scunthorpe United man for around £5m.
Hooper had another outstanding season for the Scottish champions, scoring 31 goals in all competitions, with his brace in the Scottish Cup final on Sunday helping the Hoops complete the double.
