Relegated Hull City are set to win the race for Arsenal youngster Jay Simpson.
The Tigers were locked in a battle with Bristol City, Crystal Palace and Leeds United for the highly-rated 21-year old but are set to get the nod.
Arsenal want £1.2million which the Tigers are willing to pay and now Simpson will undergo a medical before signing a three-year deal.
