Championship club Hull City are close to bringing in former Arsenal, Everton, Ipswich and West Ham goalkeeper Richard Wright.
Tigers boss Nigel Pearson is keen to bring in a quality back-up for Matt Duke after selling Boaz Myhill in the summer and are expected to jump in front of Charlton, Crystal Palace and Sheffield United for the 32-year old.
Wright has been training with Palace and Sheffield recently but it looks as though he may end up at KC Stadium.
