Hull City boss Brown expects goals from Altidore right away

Hull City manager Phil Brown expects loan signing Jozy Altidore to be amongst the goals straight away. The 19-year old US international revealed that the Tigers boss was looking for him to make an impact immediately.

"He has told me he expects me to come in and work hard and to help right away, enjoy myself and play my game," Altidore told Soccer365 from KC Stadium.

"And of course, try and score as many goals as I can."

The Villarreal man also said he was looking forward to the challenge of taking on some of the world's best in the English Premier League.

"Well, it's the best league in the world, so it will provide a lot of different challenges," added Altidore.

"For me, that's perfect. It'll help me improve in a lot of areas where I'm still lacking."
