Hull City chairman Adam Pearson is ready to back manager Phil Brown to the end of this season.
Brown's men came from behind to win 2-1 against Stoke at the KC Stadium yesterday and climb out of the bottom three.
Pearson said: "We're not talking about a number of games. We're supporting Phil as much as possible.
"No decision on his future has been made. Guaranteeing his job for the season is something I'll talk about.
"Sometimes pressure gets so great from fans and the board for a change that it happens.
"But if you stay strong and dig in, then I think it is a decent solution."
