Hull City chairman Paul Duffen is convinced they can survive in the Premiership next season.

"We are going to finish better than 17th next year," he told Sky Sports News. "We are going to stay there.

"This is the beginning of something, not the end of anything. [Manager] Phil Brown and I had agreed on that.

"I think Hull City can go on and maybe make Wembley its home."
