Hull City manager Marco Silva admits he is uncertain of any bid from West Ham United for Robert Snodgrass.
Reports on Tuesday suggested that the Hammers had tabled a bid of £5million for the Scotland international, but Silva says he does not know if any proposal has been forthcoming.
"I don't know. I'm worrying about the game, I'm not sure about this offer," he told Sky Sports after the Tigers lost 2-0 to Manchester United in the eFL Cup semi-final first leg on Tuesday night.
Asked if Snodgrass is Hull's main hope of avoiding relegation from the Premier League, Silva added: "Of course, of course, no doubt."
Furthermore, Silva was quizzed on Hull's likely transfer activity during the winter window: "We need to improve with quality players.
"We'll see, at the moment they are important players, we need to improve our roster with quality players, not only one, not only two, we need some players to improve our roster."
