Hull City boss Marco Silva has demanded Lazar Markovic not rest on his laurels.

The Serb has impressed on-loan from Liverpool under the Portuguese.

And the manager says: "He's a big talent.

“He's a player that needs to work hard every day to stay on good feet and have confidence to play at his level. He's a very good professional, a boy who likes to work. But he needs confidence.

“I know people might feel happy with his performances but I want more. He has improved his performances in the last games now he knows our ideas, but I know - and he knows as well - that it's possible he can improve his performances."
