Hull City boss Marco Silva has refused to commit his future to the Tigers after they suffered relegation to Championship on Sunday.
The Portuguese manager has made a huge impression since joining the club in January. However, despite Silva's best efforts, the Tigers were confirmed for relegation after they lost 4-0 to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
His current deal with the Tigers expires at the end of the season, but his exploits with Hull this season means that is not short of suitors in the market.
When asked about his future, he said: "It's not the moment to talk about the situation.
"I respect the club too much and these fans, who have been amazing since I came here.
"I will talk to the board and the chairman, talking inside the walls of the club. Not to you.
"The club needs to understand what they need to do differently in the future. For me, it's easy what the club needs to do differently.
"We started to lose in pre-season when we were making our preparations.
"We tried to do many things in January but it's not good to be signing six or seven players and losing two in the market.
"You should be doing that in June, in pre-season. You need to prepare better. We'll talk in the next few days, before the Tottenham match."
