Hull City are eyeing Chelsea defender Tomas Kalas.
The London Evening Standardsays Hull City's new coach Leonid Slutsky wants to make Kalas his first signing.
Kalas impressed on loan at Fulham last season and would have secured a permanent move if they had got into the top flight via the play-offs, but they lost to Reading in the semi-final.
The Czech international defender has only one year left on his contract at Chelsea and they are prepared to sell the 24-year-old, who impressed on his Premier League debut against Liverpool in 2014.
Slutsky is also looking to raid the club's wealth of talented youngsters and sign some on loan.
