Hull City boss Steve Bruce has played down Tom Huddlestone's form slump.
Bruce was quick to play those worries down and ahead of the relegation scrap with Cardiff City.
The Hull boss insisted: "I wouldn't say his form has tailed off, because he's set himself very high standards.
"We were all waxing lyrical after we beat Fulham, saying that he was the greatest player the club's ever seen. Of course, it's a long, long season.
"We're seeing it with the great players. Mesut Ozil has gone from up at the top of his game to a dip. It happens."
