Hull City boss Steve Bruce is delighted Jose Mourinho is back at Chelsea.
But the Geordie wants to see more English coaches given a chance.
He told the Telegraph: "I am delighted Jose Mourinho is back because he has proved over the years what he can do. The British managers don't mind those coaches coming into our game that are really, really talented and good at what they do and, let's be fair, Mourinho is box office.
"If there is another Sir Alex Ferguson out there, it could be him. But my thing now is, can we find an English Mourinho? Is there a young manager out there who is going to be driven to do it and, more importantly, given the chance to make a fist of it? If we are not careful, we are not going to produce anybody.
"I am sure there are people in the lower divisions who have done remarkably good jobs, but they just need a chance. We all want to be in the Premier League to manage the big players and take on the big coaches. That's what excites us all. But it is very difficult now for any British manager, English in particular, to come forward.
