Hull City boss Steve Bruce is full of praise for Burnley counterpart Sean Dyche.
The Tigers are facing the Clarets this weekend.
"He was my manager of the year last season," said Bruce. "He had a really small budget for the Championship and to get Burnley promoted was a wonderful achievement.
"For me, the outstanding managerial achievement of the season. I realise it goes to the more high profile people but to take Burnley into the Premier League like he did on a shoestring was impressive.
"The Premier League is hard. I have been doing it 12 years and it doesn't get any easier. Last year, for example, Burnley will have got to Christmas and probably had 45 points from 20-odd games.
"You have to win ten in this division, which is an average of one a month. They just need one to get off the mark and we have to make sure that is not against us."
