Hull City boss Steve Bruce is looking forward to tonight's Europa League debut against Trencin.
This evening's encounter is not only history-making for Hull, it's also a milestone for Bruce who racks up his 100th game in charge at the KC Stadium.
And the former Manchester United skipper said: "This is the beauty of playing in Europe - not coming up against a team we all know from Spain, Italy or Germany, but taking on a team we have never heard of.
"It's a step into the unknown in a lot of ways, but it's also something for the players and our fans to savour and enjoy.
"Our goal is to get to the group stage, where we could face some of the big names in European football.
"That's the carrot for us, in terms of why we need to make sure we get through both qualifying rounds if at all possible."
