Hull City boss Steve Bruce has denied reports that he is planning to make a move for Hamburg utility player Paul Scharner. Speculation in German newspaper BILD on Tuesday claimed that Bruce was planning to meet Scharner's agent.
However, Bruce confirmed he is not looking to sign Scharner.
"That's one I can say no to," Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail.
"Obviously there's a link there but no."
