Hull City boss Steve Bruce has confirmed they're in for Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley.

Bruce confirmed a bid has now been made for Cleverley ahead of Monday's deadline.

He told Sky Sports News: "If there is a deal to be done to try and get somebody like Tom then of course we would be interested.

"There has been conversations between the two clubs and we did have some sort of offer."
