Hull City boss Steve Bruce says he admires West Bromwich Albion, despite the shock dismissal of Steve Clarke.
Bruce believes Baggies fans need to keep faith with chairman Jeremy Peace.
"West Brom are a club to watch," said Bruce, "but he (Peace) sacks the manager every now and again. You have to say they've been successful, so fair play to them.
"My fear is that we won't encourage the likes of Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher into management. So, how are we going to produce a good British one?"
