Hull City boss Phil Brown has revealed defender Michael Turner remains in England's plans.

Brown told the Hull Daily Mail: "They've been in touch with regard to his fitness levels but it's not officially a call-up.

"He's nursing a pulled thigh and got a whack on his side as well, but Michael is a good character that gets through games.

"We'll assess the situation in the next 24 hours."
