Hull boss Brown: More to come from Man Utd's Manucho

Hull City boss Phil Brown was delighted for on-loan Manchester United striker Manucho after his winner against Fulham last night.

Manucho, on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season, had been on the pitch for less than 15 minutes when he landed the decisive blow.

"There's more to come from Manucho. He wasn't getting games at Man Utd so Sir Alex (Ferguson) wanted to loan him out to find his feet at this level if possible," said Brown.

"We've been impressed with his attitude in training and at not being selected, which is key if you are a substitute and you do come on.

"His mentality was right tonight. Brede Hangeland is a handful but when Manucho came on it was a different ball game.

"We should also give credit to Richard Garcia - having been left out of a tight situation that has been created by this run, to have come off the bench and create the winning goal is as good as scoring."
