Hull City boss Phil Brown is ready to pull out of a deal for Nancy striker Marc-Antoine Fortune if an agreement cannot be struck by tomorrow.
He said yesterday: "It hasn't moved forward in the last 48 hours and these things are always a concern when they aren't done and dusted.
"He has an offer from us and an offer from Celtic and someone has said something about West Ham.
"We're confident we are in pole position, but if there is not a decision in the next 24 or 48 hours we are going to have to move on to other players."
