Hull City boss Phil Brown says he's loved his first season in the Premiership as manager.
"It has been relentless," he says of the Premier League. "It's in your face, it's non-stop, it's merciless, it doesn't give you time to think. But the important thing is not to be swamped. I never make knee-jerk decisions. Even the half-time team talk at Manchester City wasn't knee jerk, I'd been thinking about doing it for a while.
"Yes, there was ridicule," he also told the Telegraph. "But I got a lot of praise too. I accept any decision I make will be subject to both praise and criticism. But I'm not frightened of making them. I'm not frightened of upsetting anyone or hurting anyone. Not in pursuit of success for Hull City."
