Manager Phil Brown has rubbished speculation suggesting that Hull have slapped an £8million price tag on Geovanni.

The Brazilian has been in sensational form for the Tigers this term, scoring fantastic goals in the famous victories over Arsenal and Tottenham.

His performances may have attracted the attention of other clubs but Brown has dismissed the latest reports.

He said: "There is absolutely no shred of truth in that story whatsoever."
