Hull City have dropped their pursuit of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Negredo.
After their 5-1 home thrashing by Tottenham last night, Tigers boss Phil Brown admitted that his hopes of signing Negredo from Real Madrid were over.
The player has opted to stay in Spain, with Sevilla and Real Zaragoza reportedly interested.
