Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas hopes to reignite their season with a mega bucks swoop for Porto star Hulk. The Mirror says the Blues boss, who saw his strongest side humiliated by Aston Villa, is now set to move for Porto striker Hulk to revamp his striking options.
Hulk - real name Givanildo Vieira de Souza - shot Villas-Boas' Porto side to the League, Cup and Europa League treble last season.
The 25-year-old marksman, who has a staggering £84million buyout clause, last night admitted he could be up for a move to west London.
Hulk said: "We never know what is going to happen tomorrow.
"I have four-and-a-half years left on my Porto contract but, as I have always said, if some day something good for me and for the club appears, I think there will not be any problem and a deal will be reached.
"As long as it is amicable and good for everyone, I believe it will be concluded without any problem. If I do not leave, then that is fine."
