Porto striker Hulk is sweating on Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich coming good with a decent offer for him. Blogolo says PSG have made a new offer of €53 million for the Brazilian, who would still prefer to move to Stamford Bridge. It is PSG's second offer this year, after they proposed €72 million to Porto in May.

Manchester City are willing to go to €55 million for Hulk, while Tottenham have also made contact with Porto this week to register their interest.

But the striker wants to join Chelsea, though Abramovich won't go higher than €38 million for his transfer.
