Hughton using penalty skills to decide Brighton keeper selection

Brighton manager Chris Hughton is thinking about who he needs to pick as his goalkeeper for the upcoming FA Cup clash against Manchester United.

While United still have a Champions League tie to negotiate later on Tuesday, Brighton have their sights focused on the FA Cup clash Saturday evening.

And manager Hughton must decide who will play in goal. His choices are Tim Kurl and Mathew Ryan, with Ryan the regular number one.

Krul has played in every FA Cup tie so far this season, but he may lose his place to Ryan for this game.

Hughton said the following to The Argus about Ryan's recent penalty save against Everton: "Rooney can put that ball in from the penalty spot with a lot of pace. You've got to be very agile to get across there and of course Maty can do that."
