Brighton boss Chris Hughton is urging his players to quickly get over disappointing results in the Premier League.
"The key is going to be responding to them (disappointing results).
Putting them in the past and focusing on the next games and also trying to be happy with the majority of what you're seeing both in games and training," Hughton said.
"We recognised at the start of the season it would be tougher season.
"The player's mindsets have been very good and so has the training and what we need to do is put as much of that in to practice on the main arena and the next opportunity is against Newcastle."
