Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is tightlipped over their transfer plans.
Luisao (Benfica), Diego Milito (Genoa) and Carlos Tevez (Manchester United) have all been linked with City and Hughes told Sky Sports: "When we have anything to say about players that we are after, then we will tell you.
"If we make approaches, then that will be in the public domain very quickly because we find that it does not take long for people to find out anyway.
"So until there is any news on any player, then it is not right or proper that I comment on individual players."
