Mark Hughes is delighted with the support he's received at QPR.
Chairman Tony Fernandes backed his manager after Monday's home defeat to West Ham United left them bottom of the table.
But Hughes said: "I was at Man City for 18 months and I had pressure every day there. Everybody was questioning whether I'd have a job the next day. I've only had about six days here so I'm sure I'll cope.
"I speak to the chairman every week. Tony and the vice-chairman Amit Bhatia are very supportive."
