Hughes denies he's seeking Fulham exit

Fulham defender Aaron Hughes has denied reports he's unsettled at Craven Cottage.

"I signed a two-and-a-half year deal with Fulham last summer and my commitment to the Club remains as strong as ever, my family is settled and I am happy here," Hughes told fulhamfc.com.

"Whilst I am disappointed by our current league position, I am enjoying being at Fulham and hope to be playing Premier League football at Craven Cottage next season.

"We are fighting together as a team to secure the Club's future and whilst my team mates are well aware of my commitment to the Club, I felt it necessary to reassure the fans following today's inaccurate speculation surrounding my future.

"It's vital that the players, staff and supporters stick together at this stage of the season. We have a massive game against Derby on Saturday and I can guarantee that I will be giving 100% to the Club's cause, as I always do."
