Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone is hoping for a new deal with the newly-promoted club.
The 29-year-old, whose current deal expires in the summer, has played a key part in Hull's promotion winning campaign this season and also started the play-off final win over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
The former Tottenham man is keen to remain with the Tigers and represent the club upon their Premier League return.
"I'm off to Santorini now for nine days, my girlfriend booked it. Hopefully when I come back there will be something on the table," said Huddlestone.
"It's been disappointing at times that nothing has been offered, especially when you see some of the other lads signing extensions. But the main aim was getting promotion and taking it from there.
"I spoke to the manager just after Christmas and he said that if we don't go up it might be a struggle to keep hold of me but that if we went up there was likely to be a contract available.
"We're back on the fourth of July, hopefully something will happen and they keep hold of me but you never know which direction they want to go in."
