Tom Huddlestone has hit the jackpot with his new Tottenham contract.

The Sun says Huddlestone has landed a new Spurs deal worth around £6.5million.

The midfielder looked to be on his way out of Tottenham after Everton made an enquiry.

But he will sign a five-year contract and - providing he can keep his weight under control - boss Juande Ramos believes Huddlestone can be his midfield enforcer while the likes of new signings Luka Modric and Giovani Dos Santos provide the creativity.
