Tom Huddlestone says Tottenham fans can be excited about the future with Gareth Bale playing so well.

Bale, 20, has lit up the Premiership in recent weeks with his form on left wing.

Huddlestone told the Spurs website: "There are not many players in the squad over the age of 28 and throughout the squad the average age is quite young, especially with the likes of Gareth playing regularly.

"That bodes well for the next few years and we have got the experience you need in there as well."
