Huddersfield Town plan to offer new terms to star striker Jordan Rhodes.
Huddersfield are ready to offer a new contract to Rhodes, 21, in a bid to head off interest from Fulham and West Ham United this month, says the Daily Mail.
Rhodes has also been linked with Celtic.
