Huddersfield manager Wagner: We're treating Chelsea like a 'cup-tie'

David Wagner says Huddersfield will treat their clash with Chelsea on Tuesday night as a 'cup-tie'.

The Terriers have returned to form following their 2-0 win over Brighton last Saturday.

And Wagner has urged his players and the Town fans to get behind the team when they take on the reigning champions.

"If you can score first it puts a lot pressure on the opponent," said Wagner.

"We have experience and with our supporters backing us it is a totally different game. It's like a cup tie."

He added: "We have to produce our top performance. We must be focused and concentrate every single second. We cannot give one easy chance away," he said.

"What we can expect is we make it as uncomfortable as possible, as we have done at all the home games with our supporters, and then we will see what happens."
